Andrew Rogers – Managing Director

A career Project Manager and Client services Director with 16 years in Bespoke Retail, Hospitality and built environments working from design and manufacture of Bespoke interiors to full installation. A diverse history working with clients from all sectors including bespoke work with Michele Roux, Club Wembley royal box, Harrods, St Martins hotel and Many New build House builders.

Andy has a degree in Product design majoring in Furniture design from the University of Hertfordshire and has won awards for a number of projects including Global lighting display of the year with a multi discipline project still installed at Harrods shoe department. With over 16 years in direct bespoke manufacture Andy has worked with all materials including Joinery, Acrylic, Glass, Metal and Print media he is able to understand the intricacies of each element allowing for the correct application in all circumstances. Kevin McIlrath – Non-Exec & CEO Dapper Marketing Group

Kevin started his working career 30 years ago at Charterhouse who at the time were a small print management company, after many successful years Kevin became a key member of board in helping turn them into one of Europe’s biggest print management companies. Since then, Kevin has worked with several major brands helping restructure their internal procurement processes to include, Unilever, Team Mobile, Shell, Saatchi and Saatchi, BP, Tiffany's and De Beers.

Jonathan Jennings – Non-Exec & Managing Director Dapper Marketing Group

An accomplished property Marketing professional with an intimate understanding of full-service marketing and customer experience, offering 15+ years of Directorate and C-Suite experience in guiding the growth and development of brands through effective marketing operations. Brings an international outlook, with much time spent working overseas, including in Spain, Austria, Germany, Australia and Singapore to penetrate new markets and segments.

Passionate about customer experience as a naturally positive, highly approachable in business and continually developing ways to do marketing better for maximum value add. A progressive individual with expertise in new homes and estate agency marketing, professional services marketing, consumer and goods marketing.

Chantelle Varney – Project Coordinator

Chantelle supports Andy in many areas of the business including project co-ordination, site support and general day-to-day management. Chantelle has held a number of customer relationship, PA and data analyst roles and is an essential cog to keep the wheel at RogersWatson turning. As a recent joiner, she is keen to develop relationships with our clients and is excited about the prospect of growing with an up-and-coming company.

Paula Campelo - Project Manager

Paula is a creative marketing professional with over seven years’ experience. She has worked in key project management roles for leading companies both agency and in-house. She contributes to the overhaul and fine-tuning of marketing strategies, resulting in increased revenue and engagement with target audiences. Paula was headhunted to join Team Dapper to manage key strategic projects, having successfully done so in previous roles. She graduated with a BA in Marketing and is constantly updating herself on the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure she delivers cutting-edge, tailored solutions for Dapper’s clients.

After 12 years working together, we are proud to partner with interior design studio Lucarna Design. They are responsible for creating stylish, bespoke interiors for some of the world’s most exclusive residences with clientele spanning from private clients to residential and commercial developers.

Their design team develop and design every element of an interior to ensure each space is unique, functional and aesthetically pleasing.
